Yes about 200 times now...
I downloaded and ran Malwarebytes = all clean. I will check for virus junk later and grab the combofix. THANKS for the help out there.

did you run MB in safe mode?
coulda sworn they're tech support comes out of the philipines
No - I just downloaded, installed, updated and ran the full scan.
might want to run it in safe mode so that it can be more effective
I looked at the COMBOFIX, but it says it is a Malware detection program and Malwarebytes already shows I am clean. Also it says "Please note that running this program without supervision can cause your computer to not operate correctly. Therefore only run this program at the request of an experienced helper."
I downloaded Microsoft Essentials and did a full scan = Clean.
At this point I am guessing that it is RAM, which I can not add more or Just a hardware failure. THANKS for the help ODT!!! I will continue to restart it every few days.
