Dont overlook west Paulding, “Rockmart” and “Temple”, basically Hwy 101. We rented a very nice house for $1200 when we went month to month, while building a house in Hiram. I wish you luck, and wish I had the hook up for your RV on my property.

Too bad you are on the west side. I'm going to have a fixer upper, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath on 1/3 acre in SUGAR HILL, Near Buford. Looking for someone to do some handyman work on it while they rent at a reduced rate. Must have good handyman skills and expecting to do progress checking in every two weeks to make sure someone just isn't taking advantage of a reduced rent and not doing any work.
Could be pet friendly depending on the pet(s).
