Msnbc and that ilk get away with it because they know that no one will call them out. They ( the liberal media) are the only ones in a position to do the public calling out. When you control the microphone, even tingly-legged syndrome is ok if it's your message. The only opposition is in talk radio and online, and they constantly work to discredit opposing viewpoints as fringe, extreme, and radical.
