I was looking for (no success) 22 lr at the Cumming WalMart. They have the last Mossberg bolt action rifle marked down at $200.00. Normally $250.00 It is similar to a Savage 110. Matte finish, synthetic black stock, 30-06 caliber. I believe it had Weaver style bases.
This is a nice "common man" gun. I thought about buying it, but could not find a reason to do the deal. I have a lot of bolt guns as it is.
On second thought, maybe I should have bought it and put an add up: Will trade brand new 30-06 rife for .22 lr ammo....."
