mosin barrel?

I have a bubba mosin 91/30 that I want to have the barrel cut shorter and re crowned. Does anyone know of a gunshop near me that will do this and how much it will run? Thanks. I would attempt it myself but I would probably just screw it up even worse.

Close the bolt, stick a dowel down the barrel until it comes to rest on the bolt. Then mark when the dowel sticks out of the muzzle. Measure 16.5 inches from the bottom of the dowel that was against the bolt face. Line the first mark up with the muzzle on the outside of the barrel, then Mark the barrel at your other mark......Thats where you are going to cut the barrel. Cut the barrel then use a brass screw with a round head in a drill wrapped with wet dry sandpaper to recrown.
