Looks like a great breakfast. Gonna try it.
Paula Dean has a similar recipe for a "man pie" that includes a pound of bacon, 1/2 dozen eggs, two cups of cheese two cups of spinach and 1-1/2 cups of heavy cream. Anything with a pound of bacon is manly. I put about 22 oz of thick cut bacon in mine. Easy to make, tasted great and full of calories (cream is ~ 38% milk fat, and 50 calories per tablespoon.)
