Lots of does, no bucks. is this a good thing???

At the beginning of archery season I had a couple nice bucks and they have disappeared now. Nothing but does on camera. Is this a good thing? Will the bucks be back during the rut? I have not seen one deer all season. (Random dog in the last pic)

That last picture show the reason you're not seeing anything.. if you have plenty of doe's around (evend if they're nocturnal) you should see a few bucks roaming around this weekend.

If it's still in the area. They have a tendency to chase deer and deer don't really like to be chased.

You need to kill some does. If there are lots of does, the Bucks don't have to move much to mate. And I would find a way to take care of that dog.

Yep. If they're rutting, a buck won't give a crap about that dog but yes, the dog may pester the does to death.
