Did a rack of 2 1 1 baby backs yesterday for supper. Rubbed them down with a homeade bbq rub and finished them with sweet sauce. I cooked Sautéed asparagus cooked in bacon grease and topped with melted parmesean. My wife did her our of this world jalepeno poppers and homeade ranch.
We finished off the evening picking a few more chanterelles and just having fun outside!
