Let's talk BBQ sauce.

My brother's mustard bbq. Dont be scared of the amount of sugar it's not sweet.

I prefer a good Eastern NC vinegar based sauce. See a lot of it on the Ga. coast.

Got a tub of some homemade bbq & NC style sauce in the fridge right now. Courtesy of our SIL.
And it’s good.
I made a small batch of each. I'll let them marinate overnight and do my taste test tomorrow. Smells good for sure though, I'm thinking that mustard might be good on some chicken.

Sauce is never needed for good BBQ (competition).

In for taste test results.
Sorry it took so long but I had a stomach virus that precluded any taste tests.
The upside is that they had plenty of time to marinate.
The results are that I really liked both.
Each had an aspect that I agreed with especially as those are the 2 types of sauces that I favor.
The only changes I made to either was bumping up the peppers just a wee bit cause that's the way I like it.
Thanks guys.
