lol, ok so i am a collector of many things (now).

started with knives, guns and ammo. then silver and coins. im starting to look at watches but i dont know if i really wanna go down that dark money hole (im hoping the great suggestions in the watch thread keep me satisfied with my purchase of a citizen and seiko watch).

i also collect zippo lighters and now im starting to want more (i dont even smoke, i just like them).

i dont think ill ever get into collecting stamps, butterflys, cars, paintings, etc. but what else do yall hoard, i mean collect

Great thread. This will be interesting.. We know there are ammo hoarders out there.

Funny, were there are guns, there are usually knifes. How about: Coleman lanterns? Oil lanterns? Wooden pulleys? Fishing lures and reels? Yea watches for sure... Flashlights count? And more...

I collected guitars for years. At one time I had over 20, now I'm down to 4...I think. LOL

I also collect coins, but not like I used to. They're too expensive these days.

Knives. I have thousands. At this point and time I'm buying knives more than anything else, but really I have always done that.

WW2 relics. I bought a Luftwaffe German helmet when I was 8 years old for around $50...It has the liner, and is in excellent condition. It is worth quite a bit more now, and no, it is not for sail. I have lots of other Nazi stuff too. It has become too pricey to continue buying for the collection.

Civil War relics. I have a few cool items from the so called civil war as well. It has gotten way too expensive to continue buying anything big, but I still attend the civil war show each year and buy some bullets, artillery fragments, etc...

My Dad is much more of a collector than I am. He has a barn and a shed full of stuff, and is about to build another barn....I find it amazing how much he knows about so many things.

my dad use to collect instruments and tools

i cant play music worth a damn and all the tools i have are for utility purpose. but he had some awesome stuff

never got into fishing or camping super much so i stayed away from that. interesting stuff though

i bet some folks on here collect golf clubs and other sports memorabilia. i stayed away from sports myself too

i bet everyone on here collects knives of some type lol
