I thought I recognized those hands and that table cover. I just managed to find it on google. I love Ian MCCullom's videos...if not his head and facial hair choices.

What in the world?

Looks like a Browning humpback, but I've never seen one that folds....plus, how does the action function? Can't be a pump.

It is a pump, but the pump is in the wrist of the stock instead of the forend. The inventor did this so to get around the patent for the slide-action forend patented by Christopher Spencer (designer of the famous Spencer rifle) and Sylvester Roper.
