This was a good one.

That's a 91/38 Carcano with a "Tromboncino M28" grenade launcher.

Sounds like the base rifle and grenade launcher shared both a trigger mechanism, and the bolt had to be swapped into the grenade launcher receiver to use it.

Yep. Had a small payload, don’t believe it was actually used.
