Thought I had a fair deal worked out with an EXPS3 in the mix. Didn’t even think to check if it was pre-2017. Ended up getting a 2015 with the lens delaminated.

An expensive lesson, but lesson learned that all people aren’t going to be giving you a fair shake.

another alternate idea is to call eotech and see what they will do about it. They replaced the crap out of stuff when they had issues earlier.

I put in an RMA request tonight. Didn’t even notice til I was mounting it. We’ll see what happens!

Feedback will likely not stick in this case, the OP had the opportunity to inspect and doesn’t sound like it was hidden. The deal was excepted. If there was hidden inadequacies or damage in contradiction to as advertised, probably so. But I don’t think so in this case.
