Honestly I have done better with a service like WeedMan that I have myself. Timing issues, cost is similar etc.

pre and post emergent herbicides, anti fungicide, lime application and then fertilizer???
I opted to use a local service to treat my zoysia because they know when to do what and do it with regularity. I have watched the name brand services and was not impressed.

I gave up a few years ago, trying to do it myself, and hired a service, I could never get timing right. The first year it looked a lot better. I think it's 6 treatments per year, for around $130 per year.
Get a few quotes, I found a lot of variation.
