The last ones I had in the freezer over a year. Make sure is got a good vaccum seal on the packaging which leaves them airtight so no frostbite

Since I can't buy brisket in Macongo at a supermarket I went to Satterfield's BBQ for lunch and bought the last sammich they could make with brisket today. It was great.

I bought 2 and cooked 1 yesterday for us to eat at church homecoming today. It was awesome!
