Kitchen knives for field dressing?

I like knives and buy 2 new ones every year.Gut with a 2 blade trapper,skin with a $4 carbon steel blade I have had for 40 years and butcher with a filet knife.But got some sho nuff pretty fixed blades to just show off.

I keep a knife with me that has a gut on it for field dressing. When I get to the house I use a fillet knife from then on out.
