Just a little to honest in an ad on FB for Jacksonville FL For Sale group

Lmao you are too far gone then, look at california if you believe legalizing helps it actually destroys society fully. It need to be banned completely and the government need to stop bringing it in
More bulls@@t California can’t do anything constructive for its citizens and the largest percentage is grown in the US not “brought in”

Bulls@@t if you have an addictive personality it doesn’t matter what your drug of choice is you can’t moderate your intake!

Don't fall for his bowl of word spaghetti. Dude's arguments are about as coherent as a drug addicted alcoholic giving you advice on sobriety.

...alcohol is a drug and a horrible one at that. I don't think there's anything wrong with the occasional use of MJ, but those that make it a lifestyle are prone to being stupid and lazy and that lends itself to things like sleeping in your car and having children you can't care for.
Just like alcohol. Moderation is key with anything you’re consuming. But here’s the deal, and yes this is an assumption on my part. She might smoke marijuana only at night so she can sleep. Is that her lifestyle? No, it’s probably helping her sleep to make sure she is ready to go in the morning. Or you could be right, she could smoke in the morning, afternoon, evening, night and could be a deadbeat. Just like someone spending that much time with alcohol, fast food, porn, etc.
It’s all about moderation.

Well at least it does something for your sex life.

You know MJ doesn't really help people sleep very well. It actually has a very negative effect on REM sleep and dreaming. Why do you think stoners always have dark circles under their eyes and look so worn out. It might help you pass out much like alcohol will do, but it's really not quality sleep. I'm a firm believer in using MJ for medical needs. I do not use it, glad I don't need it but I'm all for natural remedies of all kinds. You are correct, it's all about moderation.

It appears we are both correct on the subject. Habitual users tend not to get the same benefit of occasional users. Probably because the body becomes tolerant to the effects (that's a guess on my part). However, it seems to help those in pain with better quality sleep. Regardless, I am a proponent for it's use if it can be used in lieu of the synthetic stuff the pharmaceutical industry pumps out.

Cannabis appears to improve sleep in certain cases. For people with certain conditions
such as chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and multiple sclerosis, cannabis may help them fall asleep faster, wake up less during the night, and enjoy better sleep quality overall. A recent study also found that cannabis effectively relieves symptoms for people with restless legs syndrome (RLS).

Many people use cannabis to self-treat insomnia, anxiety, and pain. Among these users, the effectiveness of cannabis for sleep is more ambivalent, though a study conducted on individuals with insomnia found that many participants reported relief from their symptoms when using cannabis.

Some studies have found a distinction between daily users and less frequent, non-daily users in how cannabis affects their sleep. Those who use cannabis daily are more likely to report more sleep problems than occasional users or people who do not use cannabis at all. Non-daily users report fewer sleep issues than both daily users and non-users.
