And that's part of where the games with customs come into play; not that I agree with it but lasers are regulated by the FDA. If it's like the DBAL, the "full power" ones are regulated. And yes, there is at least one FDA guy on here who sent info when a bunch of grey market LEO Only DBALS showed up a few years back. Those rules are just as convoluted as the ATF "rules" and regs. Importing one without declaring it could turn into a mess quickly if it happened to be a package that was checked.
