Looks not so legit. Kazakhstan equals ITAR issues. The banner at the top of the page talking about "discrete" shipping to avoid customs issues should be a gigantic red flag.

Don't they sell the Perst lasers? I've heard good things about them. I think the ITAR is when you send things outside the US. Not necessarily a problem importing. But I'd consult someone who is familiar with the matter.

They were legit pre-brandon, when you could use credit card. Now they ask for bitcoin. I did email them, and got human reply, but just not sure I would trust. Maybe do small order first, like 50$
