Yugo M48 in 8mm Mauser. Missing front barrel band spring and buttplate. Wood is in great shape. PM any questions or offers. Comes with 20 rounds of steel case Romanian surplus non corrosive 8mm ammo. Not really looking to trade but no harm in asking. Meet in Roswell. This one is on my 03 FFL so I will need to record your name, date of birth, drivers license number, and address in my FFL logbook. If you are not ok with that do not contact me about a purchase or trade. By contacting me you affirm that you are able to legally own this firearm. Thanks for looking.

A Type 03 FFL is a collector of curios and relics (guns at least 50 years old). A Type 03 FFL is not a license to deal firearms, but to have Curios and Relics transferred and shipped directly to home.
You might be playing semantics. For layman purposes, any time someone insists on keeping paper on transactions, that individual is a dealer whether licensed or not. If you don't hold paper on another person, there is less likelihood that they will be subject to confiscations after the next presidential election.

What gunstore bubba told you this... lol one youre not a dealer as an 03 C&R only a collector (cant enhance your own collection as a dealer) with essentially special permission bestowed by the powers that be. Also if the confiscastions happen the last person theyre coming to is a C& R holder lololol
