Yes, these should work on the M&P 2.0 whether it is 10mm or any other caliber.

I think the only case where these could possibly not work is with any of the M&P 2.0 series with an competiton optics ready slide (also known as C.O.R.E). The rear sights on the optics ready S&Ws are noticeably different.
