Surplus Taurus 82 in .38 special. Functions fine. Good lockup. Excellent trigger. Picked it up over 10 years ago and I’ve never shot it. As you can see from the photos it has finish wear and the grip is heavily worn. It would make a great truck gun or a refinishing project.

Must show Ga driver’s license, preferably CCW.

Bump for a decent deal on a solid revolver. But if you don't mind me axin' I was wondering if you got it this way or if you added the later model 82 grips. I just traded for this same model a few hours ago and I wanna replace the beat up wood grips but I kinda dig the lanyard loop and wanna keep it.

It came that way. It looks like the Hogue type grip was cut and rubber welded back together to get around the lanyard ring. The shop I got it from had a few and they all had the same grips.

It looks good from here. I dig the older Taurus models before they ventured into polymer. I've owned at least three model 92/99 9mm pistols. Loved them.
