No bracket. I'm using it on my new power poles. The bracket I have cost $129.00 but the prices vary based on which type bracket your setup requires. There are several different style brackets. The type you need is based on what brand of jack plate you have. Some mount to the side of the jack plate. Some between the jack plate and engine and some directly to the transom. My setup requires the bracket that goes between the engine and jack plate
