Good shooting rifle with 15 round capacity. Good condition with only minor scuffs. Includes the simmons 4x32 22 mag scope as pictured.

I dont require bill of sale but would like to meet at FFL for transfer. I will pay the fees for transfer out of the purchase price so you dont have to worry about it

I don't believe you need to do an FFL transfer for a private sale. A simple bill of sale transferring ownership of the rifle should be sufficient? Maybe I am wrong ?
