How's the recoil with this unit?

I shot one that my friend had once and the recoil is nothing. It's not only because of the recoil pad, but I think more importantly its due to how well designed the stock is on the rifles.

I shoot Hornady Superformance 150 Grain SSTs leaving the barrel at 3100 fps and recoil is not an issue.
