Howa has over mold Hogue stock.
Currently set With Picatinny rail tactical rings and a 30 mm tube weaver scope that cost over $800 by itself.
Some folks may desire a different scope for their purposes. And I have 10 or so other possibilities in that case. All of which would be less money.
I only do target shooting, and I can say this is less than one minute of angle shooting rifle. Best 30 -06. as far as most accurate I’ve ever had.
