Believe me, I know...real estate done lost its mind these days...half mil is chump change.

If it continues I don't know how young couples starting out would ever be able to afford a home of their own.

Oh, it was listed for more, it started at $675,000.00 and I have been dropping the price for 11 months. I can’t drop it anymore. If it doesn’t sell soon, I will move back in it. Right now I am sleeping on a air mattress in this big house. No TV , I am roughing it.

I thought I would wake up and it would be sold. Trying to move my wife to Birmingham Al is turning in a nightmare. Because of this house.

Just for your information, to the people who are interested in how I could afford the House, on my information page I stated I worked at NASA for 16 years before I came to Georgia. I made money there. LOL, GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME.

No sir, She is mainly in Birmingham, with her family, her mother is up in age.
I am here in Georgia most of the time. I go to Birmingham to cut the grass and visit my wife.
