A nice example of a real k98 with some history. One thing out of place is the late war front band. I remember when $750 got you an all matching minty one, but those days are gone. Good luck with sale, nice addition to any milsurp collection, bayonet is a plus.

Thanks! I have definitely enjoyed owning this one. I wish it could talk. Particularly I'd like it to tell me who put the three notches in the stock and the story behind them.
