Just register numbers to get plated. I’m not familiar but that’s what I was told. I ride it in the country so it doesn’t matter as much

pretyy sure you can even plate side by sides in Georgia now.

It’s a home build, but yes the frame and motor have numbers. It’s never been registered so I’m not 100% on Georgia laws.

I'm thinking you will need a windshield and wiper(s)? Also turn signals.

Yeah, windshield, no wipers, brake lights and turn signals.
