I have (3) U.S. Marine Corps surplus ECS Loadmaster Rolling Field Medical Stations that are water and air tight. Here is a link to the ECS web page.

The actual pictures are below.
Unit 1 is in very good working order with locks and keys. $400
Unit 2 is in good working order, has no locks, and one drawer that needs a minor latch repair. Have part. $300
Unit 3 is in good working order, has no locks, one drawer that needs a latch/lock. $250
(All of the cases can have the drawer systems removed and replaced with other ECS components, or just used as storage containers.)
