There were used in the Albanian conflicts so its going to have some Character to say the least. I’ve seen some that were nice for the price, and others that may needed a new stock. Your milage WILL vary

Item Description: Nothing to crazy here just a norinco SKS for some reason the beyonet lug was cut off but other than that she is good to go

It’s a standard SKS not an M or D. M or D would have a different mag release with a longer lever hanging out the bottom for AK mags. An M or D usually does not have the stripper clip slot milled into the front end of the bolt carrier. Bayo lug was probably ground off and detachable duck bill mag used to make parts count for 922R in order to legally use the replacement stock. Unfortunately I can’t help with the value other than to say things are only worth as much as a buyer is willing to pay. In my neck of the woods any Norinco/Chinese SKS over $325 takes a long time to sell. YMMV.

If the mag is in the gun in the pictures (can not tell for sure )then it is probably an old Tapco? metal five round hunting mag that is almost flush mount. GLWS!
