I have a double cot tent in great shape. Comes with a carrying bag (rough on one end from storage), the rain fly and has a pseudo mattress inside.
It has been camped in about 5 nights over the last 5 years or so, stored in the garage.
Just like the linked item, but double wide. My 6'6" son had no trouble sleeping in it.
