The reason it is being sold is he has only been taking on one or two large catering events (ie: weddings & parties) a couple times a year and no longer has time to setup at events. It is a 6'x12' concession trailer. It is equipped with a three compartment sink, water heater, exhaust fan, hand sink, desk, 2 ea metal shelving and stainless metal prep table. It has a small window that he used for serving out of. Tires are good and it has corrugated metal walls on the inside. The trailer offers plenty of room for 2 adults to work in it simultaneously.
