Item Relisted! FS Colt SP1 for Sale - great condition * Bayonet & Scabbard added*

For sale is my Colt SP1 in the same configuration (minus the auto switch) as the rifle I qualified with in 1968 in basic training. No forward assist, no shell deflector. Triangular for-end handguard and trap door stock (w/cleaning kit). Includes one 20-round Colt Magazine and a Leapers 4X20 scope and black silent sling Caliber is 223 Remington per markings on rifle. Also includes 10 boxes of American Eagle .223 Rem ammunition. ADDED also is a nice M7 Bayonet and M8A1 scabbard - both in very good condition, and a red Blank Firing Adapter (also included is a bird cage flash hider). Don’t know exactly when it was made. No 'official' Colt information on it I can find.

I've only shot this 2-3 times in the 20+ years I've had it. Bore in very good shape.

Will need to be 21 and need to see a GA DL and/or GA WCL (preferred). Must pick up in Jasper. Please PM if interested or have questions.

Interesting. The serial # is misaligned and doesn’t show up in the Colt database. Rare one.

I’ve searched and searched and found that database incomplete and unreliable. I’d have to pay them to search their records I think.

Found out today I need cataract surgery in one eye Medicare and my supplemental Insurance won't pay for. Dropping Price to $1800 - can't go any lower than this..
