I picked this up recently and have not shot it. As far as I can tell, no one ever has. The BCG, barrel, upper and lower receivers, and FCG didn't have a spec of carbon on them, and all factory finish is intact on every contact point. The stuff on the BCG in the pics seems to be dried grease. It came off after I cleaned/lubed the rifle. The upper has the Anchor Harvey and Colt "C" forged markings.
The ONLY trades I'd remotely consider are wood/blued Sakos in 7mm-08, 308, or 30-06. Remington Mountain rifles in 7mm-08, 308, or 280rem. Remington Model 7's in 7mm-08 or 308. Ruger M77 tang safety in 35 Whelen. Ruger No1 in 35 Whelen or a Bicentennial in 30-06. Paddle stock Ruger M77 MKii. Beretta Teknys or Sporting 391's. Wood stock Springfield M1a (preferably National Match). I'm NOT interested in anything else.
