Some paint missing off the bolt and carrier due to original owner using Hoppes cleaner. Paint finish is very good for a 2008 Arsenal. Box is long gone but does come with manual, QC cert, target and one Bulgarian steel 30rd mag. Round count is unknown, but I have owned the rifle over 10 years and ran less than 500 rounds through it.
