So I had 1 offer,not too unreasonable offer but I have plenty of gunsnammo,what I can't figure is why no more offers,the money I gave for it as a good deed IMO to help someone was reasonable considering what it sells for normally,it currently list at $1199 at Lowe's,its top rated,has great recovery rate for an electric WH and with the $250 Gapowerco rebate that brings it down to $500 for a water heater that will completely pay for itself in 2yrs
