Item Description: A pristine Enfield Mk VI 1924 British Army revolver. .455 cylinder has been shaved to accept .45 ACP, serial number still intact on cylinder. Excellent bore and cylinder, no pits or rust, finish appears original. Includes period holster, web belt, and cartridge pouch.

I have an earlier one, also with a shaved cylinder.

With the shaved cylinder, they will shoot .45 Auto Rim with no need for the moon clip the .45 ACP requires...

which allows it to function and eject like .455... almost

That is very true, low pressure hand loads are recommended, while there are many who say they have shot regular loads in these guns for years, always best to err to the safe side.
