Sorry you can't consider it. A buyers agent showed it this morning and expect an offer tomorrow although with house prices going like they are and many selling for 150 to 200 per sq ft, I have been told I am priced on the low end at about 130 per sq ft. Builders up there are having trouble finding materials and are hesitant to bid a new house as they can figure material cost as materials keep rising. Have a friend that has foundation poured and her builder can't get materials.
