This is a very sought after, hard to get, highly rated firearm.
One huge trait that is extremely rare, ergonomic, and desirable about this firearm is that like the AR platform, while shooting the slide locks back when the magazine is empty. On the left side it has a slide release, very similar to how the AR platform is set up, making it extremely easy to reload in comparison to most traditional AK platforms. The AKV is compared by many highly respected gun enthusiast as the AK platform of the MP5. This is an unbelievably reliable gun, and is touted by enthusiasts to be one of the best firearms ever made by PSA, with the reliability and quality of upper tier brands. The AKV has full forged internals and a trigger weight of about 3 lbs.
There is about $1200 worth of upgrades done to this firearm. It is in beautiful condition. Basically like new, except some expectable marks from the fire selector. This firearm has only been shot once to sight in, then was cleaned meticulously and stored properly to maintain it.
