We have decided to sell our wonderful Class C RV. We purchased this in 2019 and did a pretty extensive remodel! It is totally updated with a ton of work done to it!! It has low mileage on it, right at 75,000. I'll list all that we have done to remodel and update. As you will see in the pics, it's really in great shape for age. We just never really used it like we thought we would after the renovation. It's been stored covered ever since we have owned it. All systems work and there are no known leaks. I have worked very hard to insure that it is water tight including having it pressure tested each year so far since the remodel. We also have it mechanically looked at each year and it is in great shape. Tires/brakes/transmission and all engine looked at every year. I have all paperwork for the camper from our ownership as well as the previous owner. If you're looking for an affordable, remodeled Class C camper in good shape, this is it!!
It obviously does show some signs of age, as it is 23 years old. There is some delamination from the previous owners, that is the same as when we bought it. I have had it looked at and it is not a current issue as we fixed all and any leaks. It's just the way we got it and has been fine.
The lock on the camper door partially broke on our last camping trip. The deadbolt still works but the tongue on the lock broke off. This is a pretty normal wear and tear issue and I have ordered the replacement lock so by the time you come to look at it, it may be fixed.
I know this is a lot of info, however I want to be as transparent as possible about the state of the rv as I have dealt with people who were less than truthful in the past.
It really is in great shape and should be a great rv for someone for many years to come. Here is the list of updates and renovations we have made.
-Complete New Roof!- Brand New roof in 2020 including most of the fixtures and complete new decking!!
-New Flooring-- All new life proof flooring in the main rv. Only part not replaced was the cab carpet.
-New paint on the walls and ceiling
-New custom made kitchen table made out of maple and walnut
-New toilet
-New queen mattress main bed
-All windows resealed including the removal and reseating of the front and back windows!
- New matching backsplash in kitchen and bathroom
-New o2 sensor and complete system installed.
-All new window shades installed
-Deep cleaning of all upholstery
-New Ac Cover inside
-New Thermostat
I am sure I am forgetting something
Over $10,000 in the renovation and remodel process!!!
