TNBuckeye Can you confirm your state of residency? I'm assuming it's TN, which means your ad needs to be tagged as Ship/Transfer and not Metro Atlanta

As noted in the ad, I am a TN resident with a current FFL03. So I could transfer to you in person if you like.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain a C&R FFL can only transfer to an out of state resident if the transfer is done at the C&R FFL's licensed premises.

I believe one of the addendums on the 03 rules does allow for acquisitions or transfers at any location. But you are the second person to ask about this today so I will remove the ad.

You don't have to remove it, just edit it to Ship/Transfer. You could still sell a long gun FTF to a GA resident, it would just need to go through a GA FFL.
