Zip Code: 30633
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 150
Caliber: 20 ga
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: Yes
Item Description: Alright it's time...
I bought this about 3 years ago at a pawn shop in TN. I bought it as a fun skeet shooter for my wife, well...she didn't like it. She likes the 12 ga better and I don't use it often. Hopefully others could get some good fun out of it.
I only have the 1 20ga, so all my ammo is to be sold with it. About 80 target rounds and 10 squirrel killers.
Condition: here's where I will not BS, (I hate when people think their $h!t box is perfect)
When I purchased this, some owner before me decided to sand down the original finish, giving it a shiny "stainless steel" look, except the moron now removed its protection. Pawn shop guy cut a bit off the price, but not much..."it's a Winchester, I ain't budging much" was his words.
Anyway. I decided to buy it and try my hand at a full re-bluing. I must say, 6 coats of bluing (cold blu but heating the metal to open its pores) along with multiple polishing between coats it came out REALLY well. I tried to do the best pics I could.
Function: everything works! From lock n load to eject and disassembly. I will note and im not sure why. When having a fun day shooting, at times the cartridge sticks inside and ejector can't push it out. I'd usually tap it with a cleaning rod, dab a drop of oil or 2 in the chamber, and keep on shooting.
I'm just being as honest as I can. If this sounds like something you would enjoy send me a pm. Feel free to ask any questions. If you meet at my place you can test fire it on my property.
I'd think 150 is fair for gun+ammo. You can send an offer.
Not looking for trades, except for a New England or H&R single shot 12 ga
