Single stage 3lb trigger. This is the greatest thing I ever did to my ar. (Take it back, close 2nd, the acog was #1). You will not be disappointed. This thing is amazing and functions flawlessly.

still my favorite drop in trigger for AR, run um in almost all of my guns. GLWS

what exactly does it do? just reduce the amount of pressure needed?

For me it was a whole new shooting experience and I was using a DD trigger before which isn't bad. This is a single stage, but is was incredibly light on the pull and crisp and smooth with basically no creep.
