Up for sale only is my National Postal Meter M1 with one 15 round mag and several rounds of 30 Carbine ammo.
This is my favorite rifle I have, but I got my lil girl a new saxophone today and need sold to make up some cash. This is one really cool rifle with an even better story. I know you don't pay for cool stories, so skip the next paragraph if you don't care.
I got this rifle from a well established member on this site. The story is he bought it several years back from a guy, Robert Ray of New York, who originally bought it 09/14/1964 and paid $20 for it! . I was told Mr. Ray never shot it while he owned it. The member owned it for several years and also had never shot it. I can't remember when I got it from him, but I'd say about a year ago and I have shot shot it. She has seen the range several times! I love shooting this rifle, the action is butter smooth. What I think is super cool is the 1964 receipt is also included!
Now, with all that said, back to the rifle. It's in really great shape and very accurate. Has the "M" stamp on the mag release, one 15 round mag and some ammo. Not sure how much, but enough to have a good time at the range.
No trades at all so please do not offer.
