Item Description: This 85 Mitsubishi J59 has been lingering in our storage for 2 years.
We decided during the Covid lockdown we would give it a "refresh"
The J59 is the gas engined version of the Mitsubishi Jeep series.
This particular Jeep was plagued by terrible body rust, a rarity in Mitsubishi Jeeps.
The frame, and all mechanical Items were absolutely perfect. The Jeep only has 45k miles.
It would have been too much of a project to try restore it to our normal level of vehicle.
Instead we decided to cut out all the body rust, treat the areas with anti corrosion, and patch the panels. We were going for a WWII "RAT PATROL" look. There are LOTS of patches, gives it a cool look, but there are LOTS of Patches

New Old stock WWII Turn signals in Grill
Side mounted WWII spare tire mount
Side mounted recovery Shovel and mounts
Tailgate mounted Jerry Can and Mount
Brand new Weber Progressive Carburetor
Brand New MT Tires on Color Coded Mitsubishi Jeep Wheels
Full Respray in RAPCO Lusterless Khaki OD
The Gasoline Mitsubishi Jeeps go like stink, really quick.
Runs and drives as new.
We are donating 25% of the Sale price to The Wellstar Kennestone Hospital Respiratory Care Department where my Wife works. The funds will be used to provide at work meals from Local Restaurants to the Respiratory Therapists
