Item Description: Beautiful condition Winchester model 69A. Chambered in .22 L,S and Lr. Rifle comes complete as pictured with one ( 1 ) 5rnd mg. Beautiful walnut stock wraps up that cold blue steal. Brass bead front sight with adjustable rear. Thumb safety is easily accessible just rear of the bolt. The receiver on this model is slotted for optic rings if you so choose to go that route. Super fun and accurate little rifle. Shooting this little gem is damn near therapeutic. Nice cigar , a glass of good whiskey and a bunch of rounds and the afternoon just melts away. In no rush to move it at all.

We sir are cut from the same cloth. My 69a is not in near as good shape as yours but there's just something about an old Winchester......

Glws sir.

Wow Jman, what a classic beauty sir. Man, I miss the days of walnut and blued steel, The biggest debate around the camp fire was Remington Core-Lockt, Winchester Power-Point, or Federal Power Shok (Yes that's the way they spell Shok on the box) which was the best. The local Hardware store or General store , hmmm Western Auto I believe had no problem handing a kid a classic 22 like the 69-a to lust over. I admit I'm a toothless old curmudgeon stuck in the past. Thank you for reminding me with your beautiful Rifle young man. GLWD and Happy New Year.
