Item Description: Brand new Tactical vest I bought and never used it. Just sitting in my closet along with my bullet proof vest that I bought 1000k $ brand new .I have the receipt not looking for that obviously. I bought the body armor for my security job and it finally came six months later , had to order. SECOND CHANCE is one of the best on the market. It also comes with a second CARRIER . Guess they were behind. I never used that either. Company went down and I got laid off. I know what a waste.
