Item Description: Selling a New England Firearms “Handi” rifle in .243 win. Got it on trade and don’t see myself shooting. Willing to sell or trade. Trades would be ammo or reloading components for my 6.5cm. Ammo would probably just be 9mm. Open to any offer though! This rifle is priced to sell!

Does the rifle have synthetic or wood stock? Does it have the scope rail with it?

Synthetic Stock, has picatiny rail on top already. Looks like previous owner put a cut in the rail for their scope of choice but it shouldn’t affect the function of the rifle.
