Item Description: Ok, I am helping out a dear friend who has fallen into some difficult times, and is looking to sell his AK 47/S National Match Chinese Polytech. Admittedly, I know very little about AKS, and reached out to my ODT family for additional help. Fortunately, my friend found the muzzle brake that came with it but unfortunately, it does not appear to be the original much coveted conical brake. He picked this AK up used and what you see is exactly how he got it. To that end and for full disclosure it appears the original owner took off the original scope mount and “modified” the rifle with the scope mount seen in the pics. However, my friend shot 100 rounds through it and said it was both mechanically reliable and very accurate. Again, I mention that so that I am completely transparent on this. From discussions it is possible to fix that but as mentioned my friend is in a tight spot and in need of cash. The price reflects this and is the reason he is asking $1,650 instead of $2,600. He is willing to consider trades but prefers partial trade with cash added.
